Items that can be financed: The acquisition and development of new-build homes to be rented or assigned for use; the renovation of buildings not currently used for housing, to be rented or assigned for use; the improvement of the energy efficiency, decarbonisation and sustainability of homes; the preservation and improvement of accessibility within and to homes; and urban and rural regeneration and renewal
Minimum amount: € 750,000
Method: loan
Interest rate: ICO will operate under market conditions, in accordance with what is established in Circular BE 4/2017
Repayment and grace period: Operations will preferably be formalised in the medium and long term.
Validity: Until 31 December 2025.
Processing: the processing of operations is carried out directly within ICO, through its Corporate and Institutional Financing Department
